Identification and sourcing of parts and wear parts for legacy MFL equipment, including cases where the machine documentation is incomplete.
On older machines the same type may exist in several configurations, and repairs carried out over the years may have altered the original state. Accurate identification therefore takes time, but without it the risk of ordering the wrong item is high.
A photo of the nameplate, the serial number, a sample or dimensioned photo of the worn part, and images of the installation point. Any surviving old documentation or drawing speeds the process up considerably.
A definitive list of jaw, cone, impact and VSI models will only be published as fact once an original MFL catalogue or equivalent primary documentation is available.

A photo is a good starting point, but reliable identification usually needs dimensions as well. Best of all is having the worn part available as a sample.
In that case we assess whether the item can be repaired, refurbished or replaced to measure. Before deciding we always clarify the technical requirements it must meet.
This depends on the outcome of identification. If the item can be made to measure or refurbished, the lead time is set by manufacturing or repair capacity, which we confirm in advance.
