On-site troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and repair on Metso jaw, cone, HSI and VSI crushers. We assess the machine as a complete system: mechanics, hydraulics, electrics and controls together deliver a reliable crusher.

Stationary and mobile configurations

Metso offers several crusher families as stationary, portable and mobile solutions. On mobile machines the drive, conveyors and on-board controls are also part of the service scope, so we always approach troubleshooting at whole-machine level.

How the work starts

We start every enquiry from the equipment data: nameplate or serial number, operating hours, a fault description and a few photos. From these we can estimate in advance which parts and which specialists the site visit will require.

Frequently asked questions

Do you travel to site for Metso repairs?

Yes, most of our service work is carried out on site. Before travelling we assemble the necessary tools and the parts likely to be needed, based on the machine data and fault description.

Do you also carry out preventive maintenance, not just repairs?

Yes. During condition assessment we identify likely faults and wear parts, which makes downtime plannable instead of unexpected.

Can you also diagnose PLC and CAN faults on the crusher?

Yes. We cover PLC controls, I/O and CAN, CANopen and J1939 communication diagnostics and software troubleshooting, not only the mechanical side.

How soon can you attend a crusher stoppage?

We agree the visit once the stoppage is reported. Because we assemble the required parts in advance, the exact lead time depends on the nature of the fault and part availability.
